Depuis le début

Dead Jazmin, by Blackbird.

"Acid rain falling from the sky, chemical burns blinding my eyes.
I've lost every star into the darkness, i've broke every promise.
I'm sere to the bones, and this hell is taking me down.
Rain's gonna stop... Anytime." Blackbird, Sept-2013.

I see her, yes I still see her.
Next to me, talking about love, death...
Her lipstick smile, I still remember our pinkish dreams about love, lust, death. I still hear her voice, sometimes.
Ecstasy, glam, smoke, life.
We never lived anyway, it was just a lie.
You still sitting next to me, sometimes. Sharing with me your candies, sweet poison.
Remember when you told me i was unique?
I do.
I still hear our laughs in this now empty room. My heart.
I see clouds of pastel smoke, pink, blue coming off our lips...
I have this recurring dream of us running faster than our lives, running or escaping.
We didn't mind.
I don't mind.
Do you remember...
Forget, nevermind.

Born to die

Sick roses, by Blackbird 2013.

Give me an ashtray, then light up my fire.
Give me a reason to stay, give me a cup of that Johnnie.
Give me another cigarette.
Look me in the eyes, with those eyes.
Those water-color eyes, painted by angels in the night.
Give me a pen, give me your smile.
I'll make you a song, I'll give you my words.
I'd give you my heart.
Light up another cigarette, put it between your cherry colored lips.
Blow a cloud of smoke, with the perfume of your breathe.
Give me an ashtray, for the ashes of this heart.
Give me another cup, kiss my scars.
Give me a brush, I'll paint you a life.
Vivid colors, painting your walls.
Blow me a note, sing 'till i'm gone
Sing, beautiful bird of mine, give me a shot. Give me a  shot of your eyes.
Give me a reason
Give me another cigarette, and light up the fire here inside.

Sept-13.

Sleepwalking

Untitled, by Blackbird '13.

It's crazy how in this particular picture the tree's branches seems to hug the sun, embrace everything between their arms.

Now imagine the same picture, but with a B/W filter.
The large skinny branches trying to trap you, the sun isn't there anymore it's just a blur far away, shadows are darker...
I know, creepy.

You can see everything from a few points of view, you can change colors and turn something nice into something terrifying, dark.

It's up to you the color you choose.

xoxo, Blackbird.
